Terrific Two's!

For children who turn two by September 1st. (Maximum of 15 children)

Our two year old program is taught by highly qualified, warm and nurturing teachers - who are just as ready to change a dirty diaper as they are to help zipper a coat. There is a 5:1 student/teacher ratio, so there's always a hand available to offer a pat on the back, or a hug around the shoulder. Our two-year old classroom is located on the main floor of the building, eliminating the need for two's to maneuver stairs. Their time in the gym is spent with other two's ONLY. (No older children that could distract these easily intimidated young ones.) In addition to circle time, music, finger play and stories, children spend their day doing all of the wonderful, messy things children love to do. Painting and play dough are available everyday. A daily arts & crafts project and a water table which is filled with assortments of rice, leaves and/or acorns are special favorites of our two's.

GymCare for Three's

For children who turn three by December 1st.

Our three year old classes have a maximum of 21 children and a 7:1 student/teacher ratio. All classes are taught by a qualified teacher and experienced assistant teachers. Our three year old program focuses on personal and academic growth and development. Children are introduced to and receive reinforcement in their letters, numbers, colors and shapes. Name recognition, along with following two and three-step directions, learning to take turns, listening, cleaning up and cooperating with the group are all important components of our program.

GymCare for Four's

For children who turn four by December 1st.

Like our three year old program, our classrooms for four's have a 7:1 student/teacher ratio. Led by a qualified teacher, the four year old program is designed to foster independence in all things: thinking, skills and ability. While continuing to build on concepts and ideas introduced in our three year old program, we encourage four's to be more self-sufficient and self-confident, as they work on their decision-making skills. And while we're always sad to see the year come to a close, we feel proud of their accomplishments - and ours - as we see our four year old's leave, knowing they have been prepared to be kindergarten-ready!
