Mom & Me II (1 1/2 - 3 yrs)			A toddler's first step towards being on his or her own. Mom (or Dad) is still nearby in the gym, but only as a coach's helper. Fosters indepence.
Ameri-Cubs (3 -4 yrs)			A first love is special, and the non-competitive nature of these classes helps preschoolers fall head over heels in love, literally, with gymnastics. (Class without moms and dads)
Ameri-Bears (4-5 yrs)			Classes are fun and stress-free, yet instructive, giving your child the opportunity to develop skills on all the gymnastics equipment.

American Gymnastics after school programs are divided into three levels of ability. Children are grouped according to age and experience: Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced, plus the American Gymnastics Team Program.
I'm Five! is especially for 5 year olds who are experiencing the thrill of gymnastics for the first time. Students are instructed in their own special group. The emphasis is on learning basic gymnastic skills... and fun!
Introductory Gymnastics is for the beginner. It's a fun and exciting approach to basic gymnastics. This program emphasizes coordination, strength and confidence. Ages 6 - 8.
Intermediate Gymnastics is for returning students who have attended Introductory Gymnastics and are ready to progress to the next level. Ages 8 and up.
Team Program - Is your child ready for the thrill, excitement and reward of the American Gymnastics Team Program? Our girls team range from Pre-Team to Competitive. Your child can begin as young as age 7. For more information, please call (914) 241-1997.
