For over 20 years, American Gymnastics and the renowned Gym-Care Preschool have been Westchester County's premier destination for gymnastic classes, competitive gymnastics, preschool programs and birthday parties! American Gymnastics offers a wide variety of children's gymnastics programs for all levels beginning with our exciting "Mom & Me" classes, all the way up to our competitive girls' team.

Stop by and see our state-of-the-art gymnastics facility and preschool classrooms! Built especially for American Gymnastics in 1991, our 14,000+ square foot facility was designed with an emphasis on safety and comfort. For our younger gymnasts, the gym contains a foam block pit, and special preschool and obstacle course equipment. The gym is well padded, fully carpeted, and contains two in-ground trampolines, a recessed 42 ft. square padded spring floor, three training pits, and a full complement of USGF certified gymnastic equipment. Our two-story, air-conditioned facility has many additional features you will flip over, including: 3 fully equipped preschool classrooms, boys and girls changing areas, a 2nd floor observation deck, birthday party room, lounge with tv, dance studios, and an elevator for handicap access.

All of our classes are taught by certified, experienced adult professionals. Our staff has over 100 years of combined coaching experience and have all been safety certified by the United States Gymnastic Federation. To ensure that all gymnastic classes are as safe as they are instructive, the student/teacher ratio is kept to a maximum of 7 to 1 and class size is strictly limited.
